Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms are so nice, especially the bar area on the 14th floor, and the restaurant and pool area with fantastic views of the sea and coastline. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit old-fashioned, but they were still a reasonable size.
The hotel could use some upgrades, especially in the rooms which lacked basic facilities like an ironing facility. However, the service was helpful and polite. The location, although not close to the city center, offers a nice view.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was not ideal, the friendly and helpful service made up for it. The dining options were fantastic, but the rooms definitely need improvement.
The hotel offers a wonderful sea view and very comfortable new beds with a rain head shower, but the room was a bit shabby and smelled musty of stale cigarettes. The service, despite being helpful and polite, needed a touch of more humanity. The location requires a long walk to the center of Palermo and is not particularly inviting. The dining experience was good, with a nice selection of sweet and savory dishes, and the facilities were acceptable.
